Iran reveals an ‘underground air force base’

Iran has revealed the existence of a new underground air force base called “Eagle 44”. The base is capable of storing and operating fighter jets and drones and has been described as one of the country’s most important air force bases, housing fighters equipped with long-range cruise missiles. Iran’s army has given details about another underground base housing drones as the country seeks to protect military assets from potential air strikes by Israel.
